Recommendable

Yes this is not a rolex, yes it has not a recognized brand. But:
1- the lines resembles the ones of the original GMT master that now cost 30/40 thousand euros, and nobody would wear it as everyday watch
2- the watch has great specs. Sapphire crystal on both sides, 300 meter waters resistance, luminous paste all over, great precision and jumpable date that the original doesn’t have
3-the quality is simply impressive!

I will probably never afford what this is similar to but can have something that I feel is 90% of the experience. The only thing is the price and name. I think the build quality is on par and very close to the vintage ones of the original only being different in some precious metals for hands and indices being the main differences for the new model. This is one that will be in my watch box until it is handed down to one of my children as being and early quality piece in my collecting journey. I may be able to get something more expensive or with more brand recognition but I am extremely happy and satisfied to have this timepiece on my wrist and in my collection. Have a wonderful day and you will enjoy this watch if purchased IMO.

Great if you like yellow Review by Daniel

I have a 1970s Rolex GMT Master (Pepsi) that has been worse every day, and got this to use in alternation and if water was in the plans. This is fantastic and beautiful, but it’s color is way more yellow than the actual faded original. It feels like it should have come with a golden band, and is a replica of the golden color GMT rather than the Pepsi.

Ocean 39 GMT vintage Pepsi Review by Bogdi

This watch is seriously amazing quality, I own Tudors and Rolexes, and those are great but this particular watch for the money is seriously impressive quality. I was jet skiing in the Florida Keys while wearing this watch got salt all over this watch and many different adventures and it still looks brand new. And the accuracy is pretty incredible too. My particular watch loses about 2-3 seconds a day. Mine does actually have the ETA 2893 movement so not the sellita but I imagine the sellita is good too. But glad I got the ETA.

Delightful Homage GMT Review by Randy

I am spoiled. When I was a teenager in the mid 1970s my dad let me wear his 1961 Rolex GMT Master 1 as my every day watch. (Yes that was crazy!) After dad passed I had the Rolex serviced, and appraised. After I regained consciousness, I put the GMT Master 1 in the safe as there is no way I would wear that family heirloom for anything other than special occasions. What to do? I love GMT watches and really wanted something to wear that was not a knock off but an honest to goodness Swiss Caliber watch that would remind me of that grand old beautifully patinaed Rolex I wore as a teen. Then I spotted a Steinhart Ocean 39 vintage GMT premium BLUE-RED Ceramic and was smitten! Here was a watch that reminded me of the GMT M1 but was more than a mere homage watch! The jumpable 24 hour hand, jumpable date and super-luminova filled ceramic bezel added style and functionality that, in some functional ways, surpassed the watch that started my love of GMT watches. I very much enjoy the sapphire crystal and back allowing me to occasionally mesmerize myself by watching the balance do its captivating dance. This is a fantastic watch and a genuine value. I expect it will be a watch that my children will cherish when it passes on to them. Thank you for making a beautiful functional time peace with classic lines, tool watch functionality, and a highly respected Swiss movement.

Great watch on an "oyster" band Review by AAD

I bought this watch almost one year ago and was able to get it extremely accurate by demagnetizing it (something I often do with newly bought watches, thus bringing them to astonishing accuracy, way beyond COSC specs). I got both steel bands but I prefer the looks of the watch on the oyster band, it looks much better in real life than on the pictures. The quality of this watch is really top, it beats the (more expensive) DAVOSA brand, both in aesthetics and accuracy, in my opinion. I have owned many Rolex watches and - given the hefty price tag - I would say that Steinhart watches are fairly priced, while Rolex are ludicrously overpriced. If you understand anything about watches AND money, you want to go for Steinhart watches, and leave Rolex, Tudor, etc. to jokers.

A distanza di un anno dall'acquisto, posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatto!! Questo orologio è semplicemente bellissimo! Io l'ho acquistato con bracciale Jubilee, perfetto in questo stile vintage. Lo uso praticamente tutti i giorni ed il Sellita SW330 premium è perfetto ed anche molto preciso.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, made in Germany e movimento svizzero, vetro Zaffiro, maglie unite a vite (non a spine), credo ci sia ben poco a questo livello con questo prezzo.
Davvero molto belli.

Exceptional value for money, made in Germany and Swiss movement, Sapphire crystal, screw joined links (not pins), I think there is very little at this level for this price.
