Can’t wait for my next.Purchased late Friday night and arrived at front door Tuesday afternoon, FROM GERMANY TO CALIFORNIA! Extraordinarily fast shipping. The watch it’s self is immaculate. Very nice weight to it and the tapered bracelet makes it’s incredibly comfortable. There are no production flaws to the naked eye. Beautiful and rigid watch!In 1980 I bought my Seiko 7548 diver as a seaman in Yokohama.
After a few new hands, a new dial and many bezelrings, it was still indestructable and running perfectly, but you could see the years from the looks of it.
When I retired, I was allowed to buy a watch of my liking. But I was was not allowed to buy a Rolex.
The nearest thing I could find, was this beautiful Steinhart.
I am wearing it now for more than 4 years, and the only thing I miss, is that it shows only date, no day. But HEY.....I am retired, so who cares???
I had to send it back to the factory two years ago for adjusting. All services free of charge!
